Brancaster Staithe is a small village on the beautiful North Norfolk coast, a 30 minute drive from King's Lynn and an hour from Norwich. The delightful village of Burnham Market is only 10 minutes away and offers a great variety of shopping facilities.
Brancaster Staithe has 2 village pubs, both with restaurants, a local fish supplier, post office, a sailing school and chandlers and at the east end of the village within a very small development there is a tourist information centre, a cafe, a garage, local supermarket, a branch of a well known casual clothing company, in fact all your possible needs are well catered for, all within walking distance.
The cottages are on the north side of the village, marsh side, they are two of a small terrace of three cottages.
The cottages have full oil central heating, and both have recently been redecorated and furnished in a very relaxing and comfortable manner.
The cottages are perpendicular to the road and are accessed to the front via a five bar gate, providing ample off road parking.

Stepping down from the entrance hall in to a good size open plan living area, with exposed beam and solid oak wooden floor. A very cottage feel to this room with ample seating around a wood burner, with TV/DVD player and CD player. A dining table and eight chairs, leading round to the kitchen, compact but well equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishhwasher and cooker. There is a washing machine located under the stairs.
Also off the entrance hall is a downstairs cloakroom and shower.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.
Bedroom 1: the light and airy main bedroom with a 5ft double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table.
Bedroom 2: has twin bed and a chest of drawers in a large recess.
Bedroom 3: full size bunk beds and large chest of drawers. There is a small cupboard with hanging space just outside this room on the landing.
Bathroom: a new white bathroom suite with a shower over the bath.
Outside is a private courtyard garden, with garden furniture and woodstore.
