This is a very comfortable three bedroom cottage, approximately 300 years old and is built with traditional flint and brick.It is ideally located in the centre of the village.
There is a large comfortable open plan living area with solid oak floors and a wood burning stove for the cooler evenings (although there is also full oil central heating installed), with comfortable real leather sofas, a colour TV with DVD and a hifi system.
The farmhouse style dining table seats 8 comfortably.
The kitchen area is compact but well equipped with all the necessary equipement such as cooker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher. There is a washing machine (fully operational) located in a cupboard under the stairs.
The main bedroom with a double bed has a wardrobe, chest of drawers and side table. Bedroom 2 has twin beds, chest of drawers, although this is a small room. Bedroom 3 has full size bunk beds, chest of drawer and a small built in wardrobe just outside the bedroom door.
The bathroom has a complete white bathroom suite and shower over the bath. There is also a shower room downstairs.
All bed linen and towels are included, but not beach towels.
