This is a very comfortable three bedroom cottage, approximately 300 years old and is built with traditional flint and brick. It is ideally located in the centre of the village, with salt marsh views.
There is a comfortable sitting room with a wood burning stove for the cooler evenings (although there is also full oil central heating installed), 2 leather sofas and a chair, a colour TV with DVD and a hifi system.
The kitchen is very well equipped with plenty of cupboards and all the necessary equipement such as dishwasher, washing machine, etc.
The central farmhouse dining table seats 8 comfortably.
The main bedroom with a double bed has a built in wardrobe, dressing table and side tables. Bedroom 2 has twin beds, chest of drawers and clothes hanging hooks. Bedroom 3 has full size bunk beds, chest of drawers and hanging hooks.
The bathroom has recently been refitted. There is also a second separate toilet with hand basin.
All bed linen and towels are included, but not beach towels.
